My Ethos

Lyla's Blend® was created with a simple intention: to bring people back to themselves.

Founded by an NHS GP and practising acupuncturist, this work sits at the intersection of modern medicine and traditional wisdom. Alongside clinical practice, acupuncture is offered through a social enterprise model; making care accessible to those who need it most, not just those who can afford it.

At its core, Lyla's Blend® is part of a wider approach to health: one that recognises the body's innate ability to regulate, repair, and restore when given the right conditions. Each formulation is designed to support that process, not to override it.

This is ritual, pause, and reconnection. In a world that moves fast and disconnects often, returning to self is not an indulgence-It is essential.

Because when the nervous system softens, everything begins to change.
